WEDDING SERVICES

Our Style

We create intimate works of art--timeless and striking images--illustrating the special moments and details of your wedding day. As events unfold, we capture the day using a variety of styles:
  • Photojournalistic. Storytelling through images, black-and-white and color.
  • Artistic. Stylized fine-art imagery of you and/or the wedding environment.
  • Traditional. Portraits of you and your loved ones.
You and your guests will be comfortable with our calm and personal approach, ensuring relaxed and beautiful images. We strive to produce exactly the photographic reportage you envision without being invasive.

Our Approach

We want to create memories for you, not just book a sale. From the moment we both sign the agreement, we are dedicated to learning your style, how you interact with one another, and what your dynamics are. This helps us get a sense of who you are as a couple, so that we can tailor our talents to fit your personalities. It makes for honest and real photographs depicting the core of your relationship.

Our Equipment

We shoot 100% digitally and use high-end Canon dSLRs. We use a variety of expert lenses (prime, wide-angle, zoom, portrait, macro). We carry backup cameras, extra storage cards and batteries, and lighting equipment, so that we are prepared for whatever situation might pop up. We also back up your photos on top-quality discs in case of your own personal loss. These are all safeguards to ensure the ultimate protection of your photos.

Booking Our Services

When you book your wedding photography with us, both of us sign a Photography Agreement. This is a legal contract that states exactly what type of services you have ordered, how much is owed, what our liabilities are, and exactly what is expected of us on your wedding day. This protects both parties and ensures there are no surprises.

Due to the demanding nature of wedding photography schedules, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to reserve your wedding date. The rest is to be paid two weeks before the wedding day.

Our Pricing

Our wedding photography prices start at $1,850. We like to custom-design packages for our clients, depending on the hours needed, the services selected, and any additional needs. For a price list of services, please send an e-mail with your wedding date to jackiebaisa@gmail.com.

"Let me just say WOW! You are truly talented and amazing! The angles and the detail of your pictures are awesome. Your photos are very artistic and different from the standard. The color of the pictures is also so vivid and crisp. I like the way you captured the moments of the event instead of focusing on only the posed shots. Your pictures really tell more of a story, which is great."
--Debbie and James

”The pictures printed are so spectacular – ALL of them! We feel so lucky to have had you involved in our big day!”

FAQs

How far in advance should I book wedding photography? As soon as you have decided on the date for your wedding, even if it’s far in advance. Good wedding photographers are often booked far in advance, especially for peak season (spring/summer months). That said, we try not to book more than 18 months in advance, as our prices and package offerings generally change a little bit each year.

Do you shoot film?
No. We find the benefits of shooting digital far outweigh shooting in traditional film methods. The cost of film and labor increases, while the amount of pictures available to the client decreases, therefore making digital a more viable option in the end.

Why does it take so long to receive the proofs back?
We take an average of 2,000 photos per wedding. The first two weeks are spent uploading photos, viewing them, and culling them. We also spend that time processing the photos, which might include cropping, enhancing (where needed), adding occasional effects, and so on. The last week is spent uploading them to your online gallery, cataloging them, designing the gallery, and creating discs of all of your images to mail to you.
